Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:Understand client needs and preferences to offer customized interior solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and project timelines.

Sales and Business Development:Generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals.
Follow up on inquiries and qualify potential clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase our services.
Negotiate contracts and terms to close sales deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Collaboration and Coordination:Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer queries, issues, and requests.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction or interior design industry. Previous experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
• Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
