ABOUT THE ROLE
The Duty Billing Coordinator ensures timely & accurate billing of DTU (Duty on inbound shipments), BOE on Inbound & Outbound shipments and Timely Reconciliation of Billing exceptional reports
YOUR TASKS
Timely Duty Billing, Duty (DTU) reconciliation
Inbound DTP Billing
Manage CDR Account
Analysis of exception between DCE, IAS, IBS & SUN
Ensure the timely and accurate billing of inbound duties.
Ensure adherence to Global SOP for DTU and DTP
Liaise with SVC & SP team for resolution of discrepancies
Assist Senior Finance Manager, Supervisor – Duty Billing & Reconciliation in month end closing of accounting books & periodic audits by internal and external auditors.
YOUR PROFILE
To be a successful Duty Billing Coordinator you should remain customer focused, keeping in mind the importance of each shipment with clear priorities. You must have excellent planning skills, be well organised and be able to handle large volume tasks in order to meet deadlines, as specified for your role.
Experience in DTU & DTP billing will hold an added advantage.
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
