Tiger Recruitment Job Description at a Glance:
Our client is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join a growing company in Dubai. You will be responsible for assisting with company formation and working closely with the Managing Director.
- Company formation in UAE and worldwide
- Maintaining, control, preparation and execution of corporate documents of companies
- Handling portfolio of clients & project management
- Cooperation and liaising with UAE and foreign banks: bank accounts opening, sub-mission of documents and clarifications upon bank request, execution of bank payments
- Liaising with legal teams in various jurisdictions and coordinating their work subject to each project’s requirements
- Assisting legal department in preparation of the relevant legal documentation for the clients. Ensuring that all changes in the commercial terms of agreements are properly and timely reflected
- Being responsible for maintaining accurate KYC/ AML due diligence records on new and existing counterparts
- Visiting, liaising, communication with local and foreign counterparties, corporate administrators, auditors, lawyers etc
- Control over circulation of documents, maintaining office systems and data management
- Administrative tasks: preparation, review, filing of contracts, invoices, letters and other documents
- Other supporting secretarial duties – printing, scanning, documents dispatch and other
- Performing other duties upon the request of management
Requirements:
Ø Academic qualifications ( bachelor degree)
Ø Relevant professional experience at least for 3-5 years in UAE
Ø Knowledge of Russian language is essential
Ø Excellent fluency, reading & writing in English
Ø Practical experience in dealing with corporate documents of UAE and foreign companies
Ø Understanding of accounting transactions and willingness to develop accounting skills
Ø Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point )
Ø Good analytical skills
Ø Must be residing in the UAE
