We are looking for an experienced sales executive (own Visa) who has previous work experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join

our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range

of sun care products to potential and existing customers in a designated

geographical area. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building

and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new sales

opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Promote and sell our range of sun care products to potential and existing

customers in the assigned territory

– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent

customer service

– Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase revenue

– Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company

– Manage and update customer database and sales pipeline in the CRM system

– Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer

needs to the sales and marketing team

– Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers

– Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote our products and services

– Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required

– Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, customer service, and product

development to ensure customer satisfaction and product innovation.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role in the consumer

goods industry

– In-depth knowledge of sun care products and the market trends

– Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and

maintain strong relationships with customers

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools

– Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,900.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
