CARE AND CURE HOME HEALTH CARE Job Description at a Glance:

  • SCOPE OF WORKMonitor and document the patient’s condition and the effectiveness of care and/or interventions.
    Evaluate and update the patient’s plan of care to facilitate the achievement of planned and expected outcomes with the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
    Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocol with the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
    Monitor and resolves customer service issues and provides feedback regarding satisfaction results to Nursing Leadership.
    Collects information on patient status from a variety of sources using assessment skills including observation, communication and physical assessment.
    Observes, monitors and records patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weigh.
    Provides patient personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal. Hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety.
    Promotes positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients.
    Maintain confidentiality regarding patients and families.
    Interact with patients, families and other visitors in a courteous, helpful manner.
    Keep abreast of best practice information for nursing profession.
    Perform any other related duties and/or assignments as directed by the line manager.
    Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
    Education:

    High school or equivalent (Required)
