In-house Property Strategist

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic In-house Property Strategist/Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and possess strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end property consultation and assistance to clients looking to buy RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES such as Villas, Penthouses, and Condos in posh localities in Dubai such as Palm-Jumeriah, Emirates Hill or other upcoming Posh Area.

Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and provide property recommendations based on their preferences.
Regular site visits and meetings to identify suitable properties and showcase them to clients.
Liaise with builders and property agents to gather relevant information on properties for sale.
Shortlist properties based on client requirements and ensure all relevant details are available.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on property purchase and investment.
Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
Ensure all legal and financial aspects of the transaction are handled appropriately.
Stay up-to-date with local property market trends, changes in legislation, and other factors that may impact property buying/selling decisions.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architect and/or Interior Designer degree or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a property consultant or related role.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
Regular site visits to keep up-to-date with the market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in shortlisting world-class interior designers and furniture consultants for the shortlisted properties is an added advantage.
Candidates with an Architect and/or Interior Designer degree together with Business Administration will be preferred.
