Bhavan Vacation Homes LLC is a Licensed Holiday Home company based in Dubai. We are looking for a Sales and Acquisition officer for our Holiday Homes.

The primary goal of this role includes:

Acquisition of property for Short term letting.
Establishing relationship with potential prospects landlords/ Property Management Companies/ Real estate agents for running Holiday Homes.
Meeting with the prospect, explaining the benefits and getting agreements signed.
Take care of onboarding procedures, new utility connections & DTCM permit applications.
Provides updates to the stakeholders on progress and issue as and when required.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent Written and Spoken English.
Cold calling skills.
Driving License

Company Provides Free:

VISA per UAE regulations.
2-way ticket once every 2 years.

Commission for every onboarding.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
