We are currently working with an International Interior Design which has a significant presence in Dubai to help bring in a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for project planning and execution and to Work closely with design managers and directors to ensure the highest level of project execution. Job Responsibilities:
• Manage projects, including project schedules, scheduling, billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Work with international design teams to ensure the highest level of project execution.
• Quality Control Responsibilities from initial presentation to documentation to service delivery, including review and coordination of construction documents, details and specifications.
• Review workshop drawings and submitted material samples to ensure consistency with design.
• Perform CD/CA tasks and assist in resolving code and design issues.
Conduct and document site observations to monitor construction progress and perform construction management tasks (RFIs, RFPs, change orders, etc.).

Job Requirements:
• 7-10 years of project management experience (5-10 years of hospitality experience or equivalent preferred)
• Interior design or architecture degree or equivalent professional experience
• International 5-star luxury and high-end project experience
• Technical requirements include ability to use design and production software (eg AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and MS Office (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work with individuals throughout the organization and must have a strong team-oriented approach and good organizational and time management skills.
• English communication and presentation skills.
