  • Coordinating with overseas agents / providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
    Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
    Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
    Maximum support to Sales team, enable to increase the revenue.
    Tracking and sending pre alert to operations as well as customers
    Preparing bills and invoices
    Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
    Developing processes that make the freight forwarding more efficient and organized
    She must be ready to join immediately
    Must be fluent in Communication, proven presenting skill and matured correspondence quality.
    Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
