The Role
A subsidiary of Emiral Resources, Alliance Trading and Services DMCC, a gold trading and consulting company based in Dubai is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our team. Emiral Resources is an international group of companies engaged in mining exploration and production in various parts of Africa (the Republic of the Sudan, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, the Republic of Ghana) that offers proven expertise in the mining value chain from mineral exploration, production, operation, advisory, and also engineering for mining, oil and gas industries. Position: Purchasing Manager Location: Dubai Responsibilities: – Procurement of materials and equipment for company’s mining projects; – Control over transportation and logistics of cargo; – Arrangement of tenders and RFQs in accordance with company policy; – Supplier relationship management; – Documents management in 1C ERP system; – Minimization of procurement costs and risks for the company; – Reporting to Head of Procurement. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field; – Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics operations; – Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field/role; – Experience in procurement in mining and oil & gas industry is an asset; – English and Russian speaker; – Substantial ERP experience. 1C knowledge is an asset; – Advanced MS Office and computer apps knowledge.
