Al Saif Graphics Job Description at a Glance:

    • Key Responsibilities:

      · Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

      · Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files both electronically and in hard copy.

      · Act as a point of contact between the company and external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners.

      · Accurately input data into company databases and maintain updated records.

      · Assist other staff members as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

      · Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as necessary.

      · Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.

      · Draft, proofread, and send out emails, letters, and other correspondence.

      · Organize and set up meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.

      · Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

      Requirements:

      · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred.

      · Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role preferably in Events & Exhibitions Industry is advantageous.

      · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

      · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

      · Strong verbal and written communication skills.

      · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      · Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

      · Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
