Role Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to play a pivotal role in our organization’s talent acquisition efforts. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience working as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
