• Responsibilities

  1. Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.

  2. Handle Export Coordination

  3. Confirm the Order Status (running /Expected) from factory till delivery.

  4. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

  5. Store all data’s in soft and hard copy

  6. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

  7. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

  8. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

  9. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

  10. Ensure adherence to policies

  11. Handling the all queries of the sales team

  12. Coordinating with the factory and showrooms

  13. Coordinate with the customers for their queries and payments related to Orders via mails,
  telephonic.

  14. Arranging Documentation for each client.

  15. Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the sales manager

  16. Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales Manager

  Requirements and skills

  1. Proven experience as a sales coordinator.

  2. Good computer skills (MS Office)

  3. Proficiency in English. Arabic will be an advantage.

  4. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  6. A team playerwith high level of dedication

  7. BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field

  Job Type: Full-time

  Salary: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

  Ability to commute/relocate:

  Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
