Sales Representative (Automotive)

Job Description:

Your role will involve engaging with customers, staying informed about the latest automotive trends, and delivering quality service in multiple languages.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers professionally, understanding their automotive preferences and needs.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
Multilingual Support: Utilize your language skills to assist customers proficient in Arabic, English, French, Russian, Swahili, and Urdu, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the sales team, management, Finance, and Logistics to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and addressing concerns with professionalism.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the export automotive industry (MUST).
Fluency in English (MUST); proficiency in other languages is an (French, Russian, Swahili, Arabic, Urdu).
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Knowledge of automotive products & industry trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Valid UAE driver’s license ().
Male candidates with an average age between 25-35.
UAE or GCC experience is ().
