Job responsibilities

• Promote our products to customers.
• Engage with customers, greet them warmly, and provide assistance as needed.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments.
• Gather valuable customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
