How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Offshore Energies main activities are Global Offshore (supply of offshore gases) and Global Equipment and Services (supply of cryogenic offshore equipment). Global Offshore focus is on the sales of gases for offshore markets utilizing state of the art DNV assets that meet maritime international standards.
Your main responsibility of this role will be to build relationships with new and existing clients in a variety of industrial segments in the Middle East region for OHS (an Air Liquide Maritime activity). This activity is specialised in the rental and sale of oilfield and liquid gas Equipment to International Markets (ISO LN2 tanks, HP LN2 Converters, Nitrogen Production Units).
You will be responsible for leading all business development related activities in the global market as follows:
- Understand the Oil & Gas Market for rental of Nitrogen Equipment (ISO tanks, NPUs, HP LN2 Converters)
- Strengthen our relationships with all our existing customers and AL affiliates within Middle East and Africa areas
- Respond and encourage new customer partnership
- Leverage the opportunities with historical and new partners for NPUs and Cryo assets
- Carry out sales action plan and secure rental for the existing units
- Managing OHS fleet of assets in conjunction with Asset Maintenance Manager and Customer Service Lead depending on customer needs and market situation
- Participate in the development of the local activities and need of further investment

Are you a MATCH?
- 5 to 10 years of experience on a sales position
- Extensive knowledge of the Oil & Gas market in the Middle East
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse the market, identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Ability to negotiate and close on significant contracts
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Financial awareness and ability to prepare budgets and forecasts in line with Business Development activity
- Team player with leadership ability
- Based in the Middle East
