Accountable To

The Smart Ports Infrastructure Manager is directly responsible for all core IT Infrastructure systems particularly Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Data, and Telecommunications systems. The primary responsibilities include coordinating and working closely with project managers for all local and international projects. The Smart Ports Infrastructure Manager must strive to ensure the continued operational success of key business aspects through highly performing, scalable and high available infrastructure systems for smart ports.

Responsible for

Support international business project scope and objectives to ensure the timely delivery of design and technical requirements from clients related to IT Infrastructure along with project feasibility formulated by digital cluster.

Working Relationship

Support the Team and Project Managers to contribute to the business strategy of the AD Ports Group and the Digital Cluster to leverage the potential of digitalization & emerging technologies to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge within the market.

Objectives and Role Profile

Maintain the relationship between Digital Cluster and external, internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of the international projects for efficient utilization in delivering valuable outcomes.

Key Tasks and Performance Indicators

Assist the Project Manager in the accurate and timely completion of all projects.

Monitor and control scope, schedule, resources and financials.

Responsible for coordinating system management, ensuring a secure, high available and scalable environment implementing the latest technologies

Manage services including Database & Unix management, and Hosted Services including public clouds

Focus on core business, with the flexibility to exploit emerging technologies enabling the company to quickly address new global business opportunities

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies

Degree in Computer Engineering, MBA Preferred
