  • Job Responsibilities:As the Accountant cum Procurement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial transactions and procurement processes. Key responsibilities include:

    Accounting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    Prepare financial statements and reports.
    Manage accounts payable and receivable.
    Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.

    Procurement:Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and pricing.
    Create and manage purchase orders.
    Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.
    Collaborate with other departments to understand procurement needs.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
    Monitor budget variances and provide analysis.
    Recommend cost-saving initiatives.

    Compliance:Ensure compliance with accounting and procurement regulations.
    Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and procurement best practices.
