  Your role

  Join our dynamic team in Dubai as a Creative Director, where you will lead our creative division, driving strategic thinking, innovation, and delivering exceptional design solutions. You will lead as a visionary, a mentor, and a driving force behind our creative projects, spanning experiential events, brand activations, exhibitions and brand spaces. You’ll work on projects for both existing clients and exciting pitches for new clients across diverse industries. Your role will be a pivotal link between clients and our creative team. In addition to meeting creative challenges, your financial acumen will be essential as you manage project budgets and your team’s resources. As a Creative Director, you will continually refine and enhance our creative processes. Your unwavering passion for brand experiences and a relentless focus on brand representation will be at the forefront of your responsibilities.

  Your talent

  An accomplished degree in art, creativity or design, is desirable yet not a must.
  Over 8 years of proven experience in activations, spatial communications and or event design.
  Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading teams.
  Adaptability to various industries and a willingness to explore unconventional ideas and presentations.
  Exceptional creative capabilities, excellent communication skills, strong strategic and conceptual thinking.
  Proficiency in industry-standard creative strategy, design, visualization, and graphic tools.
  Keen interest in cultural shifts, emerging trends and technologies.
  Exceptional teamwork skills.
  Fluent in English.
