As a Partnerships Manager you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem – deep connections with the Gaming industry and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in your industry of focus.Responsibilities:

  • Define the Gaming vertical strategy and key accounts planning within your book of business
  • Create compelling vertical narratives and playbooks to reflect on industry based trends and use cases that match your partners business objectives
  • Grow existing relationships within the vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities
  • Develop a consultative approach to offer best in class media strategies from business planning to measurement of KPIs
  • Educate brands stakeholders on the key value of TikTok as a platform and build on best practices for the vertical
  • Ensure a state of the art business servicing level with the support of the client solutions and the cross functional teams
  • Initiate and lead on all internal and external initiatives pertaining to the focused industry to meet revenue objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • Expertise in the Gaming industry preferably as a brand owner or part of the digital transformation/digital media team
  • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and/or hands on experience working with media agencies and Gaming industry partners
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives
  • Best in class communication skills and strategic mindset preferably with existing relationships across key marketing decision makers in the region
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit and a proven track record of building projects from the ground up.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent in related field preferred
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in the Gaming industry or servicing the Gaming industry players
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of TikTok and TikTok’s commercial offering
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
