      About the Role

      We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Admin Specialist to join our dynamic team with McCone Properties.

      Key Responsibilities

      Creating tenancy contracts for new leases and renewals upon expiry on Ejari system.
      Handling daily banking process on collection of all rents in cheques and cash.
      Following up payments from tenants such as bounced cheques and assisting them on all enquiries related to rented property.
      Assisting Property Managers in preparing daily and monthly reports.
      Coordinating with landlord’s office on contract signing and approvals.
      Handling renewal notices, final settlement process and tenant maintenance issues.
      Handling the purchase requests using ERP related to office supplies.
      Processes the leases and make sure that all the information is accurate and logged onto the database.
      Qualifications

      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
      Knowledge of property laws and leasing specialist is a plus.
      Client-centric focus.
      Driving License Desirable (Travel Required).
