Performance Marketing Manager – B2C Financial Services Location: Dubai

IRC is working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company operating in the B2C financial services space. Our client’s commitment is to provide market leading financial solutions to clients across various locations around the world, a position has now become available for a skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to join the already successful marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a primary focus on traffic and lead generation. You will need to demonstrate expertise and experience in the following areas:

1. PPC Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic.
2. Social Media Marketing and Account Management:
Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage and expand our audience.
3. Online Events (Webinars):
Plan and execute online events, including webinars, to engage our target audience and generate leads.
4. Lead Generation:
Support and work with the Marketing Director to implement strategies to generate high-quality leads, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and track conversion rates.
5. SEO:
– Writing and Editing for SEO optimization – Analytics

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, experience within the financial services sector would be a distinct advantage. Experience within a Lead Generation driven marketing department would be preferred.
A solid track record of success in PPC campaign management, social media marketing and online events for lead generation.
Key Skills:
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in content creation across various formats.
Experience with marketing automation tools
Advanced Google Analytics
