Auriga Gulf Job Description at a Glance:

Accounts Receivables  Assisting Collections and Sales Team with proper Aging and Receivables.  System enhancement and implementing new procedures for smooth flow of work.  Facilitating and implementation of multiple payment methods  Timely reconciliation of Bank Accounts and finding unidentified deposits.  Implementing workflows and policies to minimize errors.  Thorough knowledge in handling Credit Card Payments, Link Payments, Crypto ..etc.  Handing of Cash, Cheques and PDC’s and its timely deposits  Regular coordination with Sales and CRM for Installments, Invoice posting, settlements and clearing any disputes arising thereof.  Well knowledge about Escrow Accounts, TAS Inflows and outflows.

Accounts Payable  Timely payouts of Commissions  Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment  Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.  Proper monitoring of spending and budget allotted.  Processing of all kinds of payments via cheques, Bank Transfers etc.  Maintaining good relation and payment terms with Brokers and Vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,488.15 – AED9,638.24 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
