Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Sharjah

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet individual and team goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and support product launches.

Requirements:

• UAE experience is mandatory
• Valid Driving License required
• Industry Specific Experience is mandatory/ Steel Structure fabrication / Construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary: AED7,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
