Established, leading Healthcare Facility in Ajman, is looking for an Experienced MOH Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals on a full-time basis.

Requirements & Responsibilities: –

· Valid MOH License

· Education: Graduation in Nursing

· Experience: 2-4 years nursing relevant experience

.Proficiency in English and Hindi

· Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Critical Thinking, Compassion, Communication, Flexibility & Time Management

· Manages patients care in allocated area ensuring good standard of care provided

· To ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards

· To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement

· Maintains confidentiality of patient’s records and updates all relevant patient documentation/medical records as per hospital policy and procedure.

· Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge

· Adhering to and maintaining MOH guidelines / regulations

· Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support

· Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks

· Monitor and record patient’s condition and document provided care services

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.

· Facilitates and delivers quality nursing care coordinate and manage the environment in which the care is delivered Assists to establish and control the support the implementation of standards of nursing practice and guidelines of care Adheres to Patient Rights education and statutory requirement

Candidate must be available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview
