Key Responsibilities- • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.     Qualifications & Requirements- • Bachelor’s degree in human resource business administration, or a related field. • Proven experience of 5-10yrs as a recruiter, preferably in a real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools and best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit accurately. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
