    • Be responsible for the operation and plan of all on-line platforms which have cooperation with company, and in charge of daily matters. • Be familiar with the change and refund policy of various airlines. • Retain the customer relations, drag the customer’s requirement out, and search more upcoming business. • Manage the upgrade issue of VIP, provide them specialized professional service. • Provide company the suggestion the optimization of products and procedures according to the customer’s feedback. • Achieve the sales target designated. • Build and provide professional consultation for customers, develop the potential customer with company product. • Accomplish other assignment designated by line leader.

    Requirements

    • 3 years or more experience in Air Ticket Booking. • OTA system knowledge requested. • Proficient in eterm booking system, know about system Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo preferred. • Fluent in English. • Have excellent team associated and communicative ability. • Be honest & punctual & resourceful. • Must have IATA certificate.
