• ChampionX has an opportunity for a HR Intern based in Dubai. This is your opportunity to join a growing company to develop invaluable working knowledge of Human Resources. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who is looking to gain impactful experience within a busy, high functioning generalist HR Team.

  This is a 6-month internship and candidates must have their own visa.

  What You Will Do:
  Recruitment: support on recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, coordinating with the PRO for visa processing, arranging onboarding and conducting HR inductions

  Payroll and Benefits: support with reviwewing and processing employee benefits, coordinating with the payroll provider for monthly payroll processing

  Administration: maintain employee files and records

  Policy and Processes: support HR Partner in maintaining and developing new policy/processes/forms.

  Communications: drafting HR communications and engagement campaigns

  Continuous improvement: proactively looking for ways to improve HR systems and processes.

  Projects: support HR Manager with ad-hoc HR projects

  Minimum Education & Experience
  Fresh graduate or currently studying for bachelors or masters

  A keen interest in a career in Human Resources

  Ability to act in a personable, professional and tactful manner

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information carefully and with discretion

  Able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills

  Capable with Microsoft Office applications

  Experience working as part of team
