  4. Layout and mark components: Mark the right components such as braces, flanges, and elbows on the sheet materials using a pencil and ruler.

  5. Assemble components: Fit the components together using the appropriate screws and nuts to complete the duct fabrication.

  6. Final check: Inspect the duct for any potential flaws, defects, or any other discrepancies before it is ready for installation.

  7. Install the duct: After the duct is checked and passed inspection, it is now ready to be installed in the given location.
