Abdulla Al Arif Investment Job Description at a Glance:
- Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins
- Maintain long-term clientele and grow the studio’s membership base through sales, new member on boarding, and excellent customer service
- Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio
- Handle members’ issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service
- Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members along with other income(WLP, Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program)
- Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion knowledge for the Gym membership sales.
- Responsible for Referral Program, Up selling, and cross selling.
- Provide tours of the club and promote services and products
- Process membership applications and payments, and maintain accurate member records
- Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals interested in joining the gym, providing information, guidance, and assistance throughout the membership sales process.
- Actively engage with potential gym members and provide detailed information about membership options, benefits, facilities, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct follow-up calls and messages to prospective members to answer questions, address concerns, and encourage membership enrollment.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure a safe and secure environment for members and guests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired
- Previous customer service experience required for this position
- Good organization and time management skills
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
