Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for development and deployment of strategies related to all HR related aspects including attraction, development, retention, and productivity of talent to ensure achievement of business objectives.
People Strategy & Leadership
Design & development of HR strategies in alignment with the business priorities.
Ensure that the Concept HR strategy is translated into annual operating people plans with clearly defined business relevant outcomes.
Establishment of people practices that provide a high-performance culture emphasizing on empowerment, quality, diversity, and performance.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the Concept & provide strategic support to Concept CEO on all change management initiatives.
Contribute as a key member of the Concept Leadership Team & provide advisory support to the leaders on all people related aspects.
Coach & mentor, the Concept HR team.
Talent Acquisition
Plan and prepare annual manpower acquisition plan and head count budget for the Concept
Ensure timely acquisition of best fit talent through efficient and effective sourcing channels
Implement an effective induction framework to ensure best in class experience for new joiners.
Performance Management & Reward
Create a culture of timely and business align goal setting and regular & constructive feedback conversations.
Drive the annual performance review process to ensure employees are evaluated in a fair and consistent manner.
Ensure performance ratings & recommendations are aligned with the overall organizational guidelines.
Design and implement effective incentive schemes for frontline employees to drive productivity & retention.
Review and benchmark employee compensation and make necessary recommendations.
Talent Management
Conduct regular Talent Reviews of leadership level and critical employees in the business and recommend appropriate career path, retention plan, developmental interventions, and succession pipeline.
Ensure availability of a healthy talent pipelines for key roles in the business.
Learning & Development
Drive appropriate learning & development initiatives in line with specific business requirements, training need identification, analysis and IDPs.
Employee Engagement
Implement best in class policies and practices to drive employee motivation and engagement.
Design & manage appropriate employee Reward & Recognition interventions.
Facilitate deployment of employee engagement surveys, develop action plans based on the findings and follow through implementation.
Ensure employee grievances and disciplinary issues are managed in a fair, effective, and timely manner.
HR Operations
Lead and manage all operational HR activities in the Concept including onboarding, exits, statutory compliance etc.
Ensure adherence to nationalization norms in countries of operation.
Deliver appropriate analytical reports to facilitate better decision making.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
MBA / Post Graduate qualification with specialization in Human Resources
Job Experience
12+ years of relevant post qualification experience in Human Resources, of which minimum 5-7 years should be in leadership level positions.
HRBP experience in managing multiple senior level stakeholders and workforce of a consumer facing function is preferred
Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Performance Management & Talent Management.
Should have team management experience.
Strong analytical and number crunching skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Awareness of GCC labor laws would be an added advantage.
