  • Job Description:1) Procurement/ Purchase Coordinator:

    A) Floating the enquiries, getting quotations and negotiations

    B) Raising the purchase orders

    2) HR:

    A) Onboarding & Offboarding Process

    B) General- Allied activities.

    3) Administration:

    A) Maintenance of Contracts renewals/ negotiation/ documentation.

    B) Generating Monthly reports

    C) Requirement arises in office premises- active role in negotiating & closing.

    D) Records updating, file maintenance Letterheads/ Business cards printing coordination with Vendor Arranging outsource employee as per requirement arises

    E) Monthly ordering kitchen requirements & stationary items in coordination of office boy with stock updating

    F) All other tasks involvement requires in consultation with Immediate Manager.

    Qualification: B.Tech

    Experience: min 2years in UAE

    Female candidate preferred

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

    Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
