Inaya Facilities Management Services Job Description at a Glance:

  • Facility Engineering

    · Supervise the timely delivery of Facility Management Services in line with Contractual Agreements and Obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

    Budgets and Work Plans

    · Provide inputs to the Facilities Engineer for the development of Budgets and Work plans

    · Allocate manpower resources to the site and develop schedules in order to deliver FM services as agreed contractually

    Productivity

    · Allocate and schedule manpower staff to various Worksites projects efficiently in order to maximise productivity

    · Conduct on the job training of Technicians including giving demonstrations in order to enhance their skills and improve performance in line with QA standards

    Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

    · Supervise the implementation of all HSE policies, processes, standards and procedures on all sites in line with contractual obligations and international standards

    · Take reasonable care of your own Health, Safety & Environment.

    · Take reasonable care for the Health and Safety of anyone who may be affected by their own acts or omissions.

    · Co-operate with your employer IFMS) to enable the fulfilment of statutory obligations and other IFMS IMS requirements.

    · To work towards the fulfilment of IFMS “Target Zero” objective (zero injuries, zero accidents, zero environmental incidents)

    To work towards the fulfilment of IFMS IMS/QHE Policy – IFMS-IMS-GE-POL-01
    Tool Box Meetings and Induction

    · Conduct weekly tool box meetings in order to increase their awareness of various topics e.g. checklists of preventive measures, work permits, firefighting, first aid, Safety, interaction with customers, incidents, working conditions of tools issued, etc.

    Special Services Maintenance (SSM)

    · Monitor, inspect, exercise vigilance and supervise the maintenance of Special Services Equipment e.g. swimming pools, Passenger lifts, Fresh Air Handling units, Fire alarm systems etc. by authorised contractors in line with Company standards and procedures, SLA’s and agreed contractual terms.

    Procurement of Materials

    · Provide the store with intimation of the consumption of materials to enable them to place re-orders for top up of inventories

    · Record the inventory of materials at site stores in order to keep track of materials to be re-ordered

    · Provide suppliers with clarification on material specifications or samples of materials to be ordered and delivered

    · Follow up regularly on required materials

    Chargeable Costs & Payment from Tenants

    · Determine whether certain jobs or items are to be charged to tenant or the client based on the conduct of a First Information Investigation report

    · Collect payments from tenants for consumables recoverable from Tenants and deposit cash with the Finance department

    Facilities Management Policies, Processes, Systems, Processes, and Controls

    · Supervise the implementation of all Facilities Management policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures and internal controls, so that the FM Key Accounts are serviced safely, reliably and cost effectively.

    Reports

    § Provide inputs to enable Facilities Engineers to prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Client to report progress on compliance with SLA’s.

    § Daily updating the SR’s & WO’s without failure.

    Supervisory Role

    § Supervise the Facilities Management team, to meet all Facilities Management functional objectives.

    § Implement all Human Resource Management processes like Reward Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development etc. to keep employees in the Facilities Management Area adequately engaged

    § Record attendance/OT of FM staff and send to Finance dept. for inclusion in Payroll payments

    § Appraise the quality of staff for on the job skills to determine skills gap for training

    § Train staff on multi skills to make them more versatile and flexible on the job.

    EnMS

    · Follow all EnMS procedures as per Inaya IMS

    · Work towards improving energy efficiency and reducing Consumption

    · Develop a mechanism to show energy savings YOY

    · Increase awareness internally and at Client premises towards EnMS objectives

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: AED2,500.00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
