Paper Planes Job Description at a Glance:

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Sales Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Marketplace Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing our marketplace shops and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our customers.Responsibilities:

    Manage Amazon shop and Noon shop and ensure products are accurately listed and updated
    Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
    Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed
    Assist with processing and shipping orders
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and increase sales
    Provide timely and accurate reports to management on shop performance
    Requirements:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
    Proficient in using Amazon seller central and other online sales platforms
    Proven records in generating exceptional sales and revenue
    Excellent communication and customer service skills
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Availability to work part-time with an immediate start
