Schneider Electric Jobs Careers 2023 : Pre-Sales Specialist Vacancy in Dubai UAE

Responsible for all pre-sales activity from UAE for the KSA and MEA Hotel Market with KPI on the hit rate on these projects.
Support V1 of Gulf Cluster for Interior designer channel and consultant channel to specify our GRMS solution, Wiring Devices and Digital Energy portfolio.
Strongly coordinate pre-sales action from Dubai with Hotel Segment leader in KSA.
Provide high quality customer presentations, either face-to-face or virtually for hotel application and hotel segment as required.
Support Interior designer and consultant to write their specification for hotel project.
Provide daily product and application knowledge to support specific Hotels segment opportunities.
Join customer visits with sales team to support on opportunities.
Regular monitoring and close follow up of opportunities with KSA and Gulf sales organization.
Based on Marketing inputs, provide full set of prescription tools tailored for the hotel market.
Provide permanent updated file about hot opportunities, elephant opportunities and action list from countries.
Conduct competitor research and maintain a library of competitor information.
Prepare reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems. Etc.
Selecting, managing, and training sales staff on sales related systems, databases, and associated processes.
Customer support including advising customers of product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
Organizing sales seminars and workshops for customers.
Managing inventory of sales literature and brochure.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of competitive offers and SE’s relative value propositions.
Proven ability to coordinate and leverage cross-functional project team.
Track record of success in the pursuit of large opportunities.
