  • We are seeking an experienced Bookings Manager to join our AC cleaning company in Dubai. The Bookings Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating bookings for the company’s services, including scheduling appointments and ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.Key Responsibilities:
    – Manage and coordinate bookings for the company’s services.
    – Schedule appointments with customers and ensure that they are confirmed in a timely manner.
    – Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    – Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings and customer information.
    – Work closely with the cleaning team to ensure that all appointments are met as scheduled.
    – Continuously improve the customer experience, including customer satisfaction and retention.
    – Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

    Qualifications:
    – Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
    – Strong customer service and communication skills.
    – Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings at once.
    – Strong organizational and time management skills.
    – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    – Experience with scheduling software and CRM systems preferred.

    Fluent in English language is essential.
