About the Role

The role of the HSE trainer is to provide HSE training to the oil & Gas employees, The role also supports the Head of HSE by managing and monitoring data, documentation, administration, and following up with our training center operations on compliance.

Key Accountabilities:

· Under the direction of the Head of HSE, the HSE Trainer will develop and deliver HSE Training programs to our clients.

· Conduct assessment based on the provided training.

· Organize HSE training programs including the date, time, location, and duration of training events.

· Be able to deliver Lifting supervisor, Scaffolding, Banks Man, Rigging & Slinging courses

· Maintain HSE training records & register for new and existing staff and ensure they are updated as required.

· Communicate with the Training Manager for any additional HSE training requirements at various phases.

· Determine HSE training needs for staff and develop best practices for required training.

· Improve and adapt existing training programs for delivery and efficiency.

· Prepare training materials/presentation slides on HSE subjects for all HSE training identified in the training matrix and any project-specific HSE training.

Expected Qualifications:

· Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

· H&S-related qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH).

· Train the Trainer, IOSH & NEBOSH approved trainer

· Preferably Adnoc Group Experience

Expected Experience:

· 5+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas industry.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to develop and deliver H&S training sessions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
