Required Skills:

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Attention to detail
2-3 years of experience in branding and commercial projects. Ideally have worked in an interior design company
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, multimedia or similar discipline
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Illustrator
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
Content management systems
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
Possess excellent English communication and presentation skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Define and create a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colours, typography, animations, etc.)
Establish creative direction and be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company and projects
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team or clients for a various of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, social media post and marketing materials
Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
To implement branding strategy within the interior design projects
Work closely with the creative director & marketing manager in storyboarding, concept idea and execution and assist in the social media strategy of mustard & linen
Assist the interior design team with the implementation of the graphic design personality of the project
Within the project cycle, complement the creative team by defining a storytelling, brand guidelines, wayfinding and signage strategy.
Developing and delivering high-quality graphic design, across printed and digital channels, including art working, storyboarding, presenting concepts, achieving sign- off, preparing for print or digital publishing.
Liaises with printers and production companies to ensure accuracy and correct delivery.
Following-up with suppliers, getting samples and quotations and reviewing contractor’s shop-drawings in regards to branding specification incorporated within the space.
Adapt creative concepts across different materials while remaining consistent with brand guidelines and brand positioning.
Create graphic content for the company’s website, social media pages, GDN banners
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry software and technologies.
Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
Work independently and cooperatively
Effectively present ideas to clients/team members.
Stay on top of brand, design, media and conversion best practices.
Ensure all artwork is submitted within given deadline
