    1. Post Fixture Operations

    2. Review of Main terms / Recap and CP

    3. Voyage Estimation

    4. Management and appointment of Load Port and Disport Agents; PDA and FDA verification

    5. Vessel Nomination and acceptance

    6. Coastal Conversion and Revserion

    7. Freight tax Calculations

    8. Bunker Duty Calculations

    9. Voyage Instructions

    10. Voyage Performance Management

    11. Port Operations Management for Loading and Discharge of Cargo

    12. Communication with Owners/Charterers

    13. Lay time Calculations

    14. PNI Club Coordination

    15. Negotiation of LTC in accordance with CP provisions

    16. MIS for Management Review

    17. Documentation and Storage of all Voyage Related information.

    18. Timely Closure of Files

    19. Monitor Daily Ship Operations and briefing to team on Each vessel position.

    20. Improve Financial performance of the Voyage

    21. Bunker planning and procurement

    22. Well versed in Charter party and legal terms.
