Qualifications and Experience

· Must have a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in a Joinery, Fitout, Contracting or Construction company,Labor recruitment offices

· Must have excellent command over the English language, written and spoken.

· Excellent communication skills

· Graduation in Commerce/ Accounting or relevant degree in Accounts/Finance

· Good knowledge of working on ,MICROSOFT DYNAMIC 365, SAP, ORACLE and this is must

Job Description:

· Perform VAT Compliant Accounting, prepare and process of filing VAT Tax returns.

· Handle Accounts Receivables and Payables, managing suppliers and customers

· Preparation of Documentation, invoicing and quotations.

· Quarterly VAT Reporting.

· General Bookkeeping and Managing cashflow.

· Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents.

· Prepare Payment Request for vendors and monthly expenses and monthly payroll.

· Follow-up and resolve Payment dues and vendor and client invoices.

· Manage adequate cash-flow for timely payment schedules for internal and external suppliers.

· Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.

· Prepare Sales Report Daily Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.

· Prepare Financial Statements such as, Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet.

· Responsible in Assisting on External Audit for the year-end Financial Reports.

· Commercial and business awareness.

· Assess current financial status of company by collecting information, and preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, other reports etc.

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
