Job Accountabilities
As a HR Business Partner, you will:
Build and maintain positive relationships with the Business Unit/functional leadership team and other internal/external stakeholders
In alignment with business unit/functional HR direction, establish vision, embed strategy and operational execution on overall HR function while implementing the business unit/functional HR agenda
Consult with leadership on employee issues including disciplinary issues, selection, employee development, retention, benefits offerings, compensation philosophy, re- structuring and organizational development needs
Assist business unit leadership with assessing skills of emerging leaders
Evaluate management training needs and develop plans to meet the needs
Advise and support line management and employees in HR processes to ensure alignment across the organization
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor Degree with at least 6 or more years of experience in Human Resource, especially within Financial Services sector
Professional certification in HR
Strong capability to partner and build credibility with management
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good business acumen that includes general operational processes, financial management and business planning knowledge
Basic organizational team diagnosis and development
Good understanding of DIFC employment laws
Good facilitation skills
Effective problem solving skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Advanced HR Data analysis skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Prior experience working in international company
