Orascom Construction Job Description at a Glance:

  • Required experienced Senior HR Officer who can join immediately.

    Work Location – Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.

    Responsibilities:

    -Manage and deliver the entire spectrum of HR Employee Lifecycle activities

    -Manage Onboarding, Training, Induction, Leave Management, Exit Interview process, Issuing letters, etc

    – Oversee the HR operational programs; formulate, facilitate, and implement.

    · Manage corporate communications and employee relations issues within the business.

    · Conduct regular HR Audits to ensure Compliance to HR Policies/processes & Labor laws

    · Generate HR Analytics reports.

    · Manage Medical Insurance for all staff and workers.

    · Identify, implement & manage HRIS software.

    · Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

    · Assist in developing/formulating & designing the corporate HR Policies.
