    Role Summary:

    • Within the Strategy & Transformation team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Head of Business Performance who will be primarily responsible for establishing and monitoring commercial and operational KPIs on business performance and presenting periodical performance reviews to leadership team.
    • This role reports to the Director of Business Analytics and will work on projects across 6 countries.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establishing and monitoring appropriate commercial and operational KPIs with particular focus on business performance
    • Constantly keep an eye on the daily KPIs and flag inconsistencies, data issues and alert on irregular trends.
    • Run complex and detailed analyses in order to identify reasons when business performance is having extraordinary trends
    • Have a good grasp of business context and deliver relevant business performance insights through weekly, monthly performance reviews.
    • Present these findings and reviews periodically to leaders of the organization
    • End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business performance insights
    • Coordinate and work with different functions within the company

     

    Desired Qualifications:

      • 7+ years of work experience in Business Analytics in a reputable tech company or a top tier management consulting company
      • Fluency in English
      • Exceptional SQL and Tableau knowledge
      • Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline
      • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to audiences
      • Ability to work with different functions to drive insights
      • Having an eye on detail, immediately picking up issues on trends, knowing where to look at and what to search for.
      • Proven track record of understanding of an end-to-end analytics
      • Proven record of high performance and achievements in education life and career
