The Middle East HR team supports the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh offices.The ME runs a successful SRA Graduate scheme across all offices. This role will be primarily to support the scheme which is an integral part of the Middle East future talent strategy, and to take on key regional operations that can’t be run from the GSD team in India.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Graduate Recruitment
    One of the key components of this role will be to run the assessment days and implement the social media, events and marketing strategy with the talent advisor (TA)

    Marketing and Events:

    Create and post content to social media in line with the regional campaign strategy
    Maintain and update the Graduate Microsite, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram etc.
    Organise and attend events in London and the Middle East
    Collaborate with the London Graduate recruitment team on joint events
    Host candidate dinners and breakfasts
    Connect with the relevant societies in universities and schools as part of the attraction strategy
    Keep abreast of the local Graduate market and remain ahead of our competitors
    Conduct interviews, panels and podcasts
    Recruitment:

    Launch the Graduate recruitment process (3x a year) with the TA
    Manage applicants throughout the process
    Manage the graduate recruitment status spreadsheet
    Host and schedule assessment day interviews
    Co-ordinate the program for the Summer and Winter Vacation schemes
    Organize seat presentations for future trainees and update seat guides and induction packs regularly
    Manage with the global mobility team the trainee turnaround
    Ensure all future hires are enrolled in the SQE and related immigration
    Manage the buddy program and maintain engagement with future hires until day one
    Be the Graduate ambassador for the region
    Produce trainee contracts and deliver offers
    Regional HR Operations

    Onboarding, Offboarding and Immigration

    Manage in conjunction with the Talent Advisor (TA) and Global Service Delivery Team (GSD) the full onboarding, offboarding and relocation process for all new joiners, trainees, secondees and leavers for all Middle East offices.
    Manage the S&L spreadsheet, ensure it’s kept up to date and circulated with instructions on a weekly basis.
    Pro-actively ensure accuracy of data with inputs from the Regional HR team and wider business.
    Follow up with the relevant business teams and GSD to ensure actions are implemented.
    Ensure headcount and payroll are aligned highlighting any exceptions/urgent actions
    Reward and Benefits
    Take ownership of ensuring all employees are enrolled in the relevant benefits and policies as governed by the applicable regional requirements and local law of each jurisdiction.
    Ensure all employees are enrolled in the applicable End of Service scheme
    Prepare the Legal market intelligence survey each year in conjunction with the HRBP
    Work with the resourcing team and GSD to ensure accuracy of all leave and other absences in line with regional policy and the local law of each jurisdiction
    Support the Head of HR & Talent on the annual salary and bonus review in May each year
    Training and Development

    Ensure all talent and development systems are kept up to date by the GSD team. Pro-actively update the relevant development levels, PQEs, appraisers, CDPs on a regular basis
    Work with the HRBP on coordinating training events for the region and ensuring these are captured by the GSD and DLAD where relevant
    General Operations
    Oversee the GSD in producing employee letters, processing invoices, updating HR systems regularly and accurately.
    Continuously look for opportunities to streamline operations and transition operational work to the GSD
    Co-ordinate the annual license renewal with the PRO to provide all required documents to the Dubai Legal Affairs Authority.
    KSA operations as required

    Experience required for the role

    1 to 2 years’ experience in a Graduate Recruitment, Corporate events or senior administration role is required, ideally in a fast paced and demanding environment.
    Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
    Ability to create content and market via social media
    An energetic and positive working style
    Experience in events management would be preferable
    Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service with the ability to step up and assist with more complex and advisory tasks.
    Exceptional IT skills with particular expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
    Established ability to regularly prioritise
    Demonstrated ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
    Arabic language is a plus
