    What is the job about?

    Specifically, your day-to-day tasks entail both operational support as well as long-term development via business plans and strategy work. You take digitalization and globalization into consideration, and you help us identify the optimal ways of communicating and distributing to customers. More specifically, you also:

    Be able to facilitate sales growth by providing consultative help to various stakeholders
    Proactively seek new business opportunities
    Capture customer insights, nurture potential leads, and engage the sales team for the next step

    Build and maintain high-level contacts with prospective customers, including other business and project partners

    Coordinate with the Marketing team on various inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
    Customize innovative solutions by actively coordinating with sales, service, 1Office, operations, and solutions & marketing team
    Facilitate identification of prospective vendors to position Grundfos as a solutions provider
    Coordinate with solutions & marketing team on new product launches and scale advanced solutions to new geographical market
    Continuous learning to improve knowledge base as system expert and conduct training to key stakeholders
    Represent Grundfos in various technical forums and seminars
    Explore partnerships with companies that can complement our efforts to shore up our project-handling capabilities
    Facilitate Dtv measures to improve the bottom line by reducing costs

    What do you need to apply?

    We are looking for a colleague with knowledge of the pump industry and a combination of technical and commercial skills. You can manage projects and prepare business plans, but you are also keen to understand our customers and their future interests – the future of digitalization and smartphone solutions.

    Also, you probably hold a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in technology management or engineering combined with a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Alternatively, you have a technical background and a proven commercial background.

    This role will be a band level 9 equivalent to at least having 3- 5 years of experiences.
