    This is not a standard EA role; yes, there will be standard EA responsibilities, but you will work side by side with a dynamic US CEO as he continues the growth of this highly cutting edge, digital enablement solutions provider that designs, integrates, manages and supports on-site and cloud based communications and collaboration technologies for organisations around the globe. Did we mention tech savvy! Candidates must be very familiar with SharePoint and be able to offer innovation themselves; how to improve processes and efficiencies within the office. The company has just introduced Smartsheets and candidates familiar with this software will be at an advantage. The CEO is very fast paced, and you will need to be able to match his energy and utilise his time to the maximum. He has been with the company for seventeen years and is one of the youngest CEO’s across the sixty-four global office locations. The role demands initiative, intuition, and someone who can manage multiple stakeholder engagement. Travel and diary management is extensive and there will be elements of personal support required such as family staff administration and family travel.Requirements
    The Head Office is based in the USA and there will be some multi time zone work, especially for Board meetings. Additionally, you will provide elements of marketing support and the successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach as you will be drawn into all elements of the business. The CEO is seeking candidates who are street smart with emotional intelligence and are critical thinkers, not necessarily degree holders.
