  • PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO KERALA , MALYALAM SPEAKING CANDIDATEManaging Team of multiple staffs and to make sure Company Targets are been metConsistently attain the assigned targets and beyond in sales, marketing by identifying, nurturing and closing leads, existing as well as new and bringing timely sales revenue including collections always of the individual job holder as well as his/her team.
    Ensuring consistently maximum customer fulfillment at all times. Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections. Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels

    including actively managing Social Media Footprint and its strategy, plans and timely execution.

    Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships. Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies. Preparing financial projections and sales targets.

    Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings. Preparing and submitting timely and accurate management reports for management information and decision making.

    Training business development executives and others including sales colleagues.
    Developing Staffing Business model and mature it.
    Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on retail and corporate competitors.
    Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects in focused areas.
    Possess a strong understanding of our products & services versus our competition in the industry and positioning.
    Understand the target markets, including industry, companies, projects, company contacts and explore which market strategies can be used to attract the maximum potential clients.
    Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met. Ability to manage and elicit the best performance from the team members and bring best business performance in synergistic mode, including the self performance of the manager- The Job holder.

    Maintain all business records and data, both hard copy as well as soft copy as necessitated in an accurate and timely manner at all times.

    Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
