TC Consulting DMCC Job Description at a Glance:

  • You will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations and activities of the HR Department and Operations Department providing administrative support as to when and required.

    Job Description:

    Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
    Maintain an up-to date records and central filing system, both hard copy and soft copy of all client’s documents.
    Track data and/or consolidate leave records and employee requests and follow-up.
    Prepares new-employee files, files documents into appropriate employee files, makes photocopies, mails, scans, and emails documents, and other clerical functions.
    To provide administrative support to recruitment processes such track the status of candidate’s application, schedules meetings and interviews, and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
    To coordinate staff events such as training, staff functions and all-staff meetings.
    Support other departments with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
    Monitor office and kitchen supplies inventory and assist the office worker place orders.
    Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team including filing, preparation of letters, memos, reports, photocopying and drafting reports and documents, etc.
    Able to assist in the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal as required by the operations team.
    Able to relieve the front desk personnel when required.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Knowledge of UAE employment laws.
    Knowledge in company formation is a plus.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
