Timely & accurately processing of withdrawal, deposit and settlement to clients using various banks and platforms.
Investigate customer issues relating to their withdrawal and deposit.

Monitoring and responding in a timely manner on all direct inquiries from clients and other department.

Monitoring and reporting balances of all collection and payout accounts.

Ensuring that all transactions from the banks are recorded accurately.

Carry out simple reports and record-keeping using Google sheet and MS Excel.

Coordinating with other members of the team when doing shift handover.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
