We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Car Workshop Manager to lead our team and manage daily operations in our busy car repair workshop.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the workshop, including scheduling, quality control, and staff management.
Monitor and improve the workshop’s productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement maintenance and repair programs to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Ensure that all workshop equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe to use.
Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a car repair workshop management role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
In-depth knowledge of car repair and maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
A degree in automotive engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience in customer service and supplier management.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Must be able to use computer software applications for scheduling, inventory management and other workshop management functions.
